So this is basically saying that the girlfriend is almost entirely infantile. OK I already knew that, but it’s hilarious how she qualified almost entirely for all of the pink ones.

America: Using the imperial system does not make you cool. Now stop being an infantile pain in the arse and institute this sensible plan!

This strip cracks me up. It reminds me of that news article about a man that got arrested a while back because someone saw him taking photos of his own daughter whilst they were at the beach.

From the brilliant PBF.
This comic cracks me up, but it’s so true. I think spectacles probably contribute directly to the erosion of normal human vision. That’s probably why pretty much everyone in Singapore wears specs - they are all chronically misdiagnosed and it’s a downward spiral from there.
My parents did this to me too, albeit with a pair of REALLY thick specs’ and not with physically-traumatic eye surgery. An aunt of mine planted weird thoughts in their impressionable heads about me having some apparent need for spectacles. The prima-facie given to them by her was that I ‘watched TV with slanted vision’ i.e. I didn’t look directly at the TV screen, but instead had my head turned somewhat away as I watched. Most of you probably do this whilst you are lazing on the couch as you watch Dexter, your hands subconsciously directing another Dorito towards your lips. Did your eyes explode? No, I didn’t think so.
Not only is the theory of this habit eroding my vision highly suspect complete bullshit, but I’m pretty sure an orthopedic head gantry to lock my cranium into alignment would have worked a lot better. I bet the optician knew, but sold them the $200 pair of glasses anyway. Either way, I ended up having 20/20 vision by the time I had my eye checks in high-school and the military. Good thing I passively avoided wearing them whenever possible!
